Dr. Rebecca Karp Leaf is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School in the Division of Hematology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Karp’s clinical expertise is in classical hematology including hematologic complications of pregnancy and the porphyrias. She is co-director of the Massachusetts General Hospital Porphyria Center. She is actively involved in clinical research including studies on the intersection of reproductive health and porphyria. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Karp now calls Boston home. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, and taking care of her mischievous Siberian cat, Winston.
